Richard is an innovative thought leader, strategic business partner and certified professional coach with extensive executive experience developing, implementing and evaluating initiatives to achieve individual and organizational goals by enhancing corporate culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
He is a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, senior executives and cross-functional team leaders throughout the world. Richard is an expert consultant, coaching, facilitator and instructional designer. He brings passion, purpose and inspiration to his work with his clients, who operate in some of the most complex, highly regulated industries in the world, including biopharma, health care, finance, government and retail.
Karen Scott, Sr. Partner & Principal Consultant
Karen has extensive experience in organization development with expertise in leadership and management development, diversity and inclusion, including understanding bias, generational differences and allyship. She is skilled in strategic process planning, coaching, systems thinking and organizational communications.
She employs a diverse set of skills to engage people at all levels of the organization in thinking strategically, creatively and realistically about ways to improve performance. Karen’s clients value her ability to constructively raise issues and identify recurring obstacles while generating strategic, tactical and innovative options. She builds collaborative partnerships that enable leaders to set direction, identify meaningful, measurable targets and implement the right plan to accomplish their goals
